Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Labor Force AB website and candidate portal, operated by Labor Force AB (organisation number 559019-0293). Address: Box 8330, 163 08 Spanga, Sweden. By creating a candidate account or applying for a vacancy through our portal, you agree to these terms.

Recruitment Services

Labor Force AB connects skilled candidates with international employment opportunities in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, across construction, electrical, welding, engineering, agriculture, healthcare, hospitality, and other skilled sectors. Vacancy listings, application stages, and progress updates are made available through the candidate portal.

No Recruitment Fees

Labor Force AB does not charge candidates recruitment fees. Candidates should never make a payment to any agent, employer, or third party for recruitment, medical booking, visa processing, insurance, or job confirmation in the name of Labor Force AB. Any such request should be treated as suspicious and reported to us immediately.

Candidate Responsibilities

Additional Document Requests

Recruitment, medical, background verification, and visa processes are subject to changing requirements set by employers, medical centres, and government authorities. Labor Force AB will ask for additional documents whenever required, at any stage of the recruitment process, and candidates are expected to provide these documents promptly and accurately. Delays in submitting requested documents may delay or affect your recruitment process, and Labor Force AB is not responsible for any such delay.

Visa Approval, Medical, PCC & Other Support Processes

Visa approval is entirely at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate, and Labor Force AB has no influence or control over that decision.

Labor Force AB does not charge candidates recruitment fees. Do not make recruitment-related payments to anyone claiming to represent Labor Force AB for medical, PCC, or any other supporting process.

Communication

Official recruitment communication takes place through the candidate portal, including notifications, document requests, and stage updates. Candidates are responsible for checking the portal regularly and responding to communication within the timelines provided.

Promotional Communications

If you have agreed to receive them, promotional emails about new job vacancies and other opportunities will be sent to the email address on your account. You can stop these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each one, without affecting your access to the candidate portal or your ongoing application.

Verification Subscription Plans

A document verification subscription plan ends when either its validity period or its available page limit expires, whichever happens first. Unused pages cannot be used once the plan period has ended.

No Refund or Cancellation of Plans

Once a plan has been taken (including a document verification subscription plan or an agent plan), it cannot be cancelled and no refund is given. Please check the plan details carefully before you pay.

If you were charged but your plan was not activated, or you were charged more than once, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy or contact us with your registered email address, the date of payment and the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with "pay_").

Limitation of Liability

While we make reasonable efforts to verify vacancy details and employer information, final outcomes of recruitment, medical clearance, and visa processes depend on third parties, including employers and government authorities, and are outside our direct control.

Termination of Services

Labor Force AB reserves the right to suspend or terminate a candidate's access to the portal or recruitment process where false or misleading information has been provided, where requested documents are not submitted within a reasonable time, or where the candidate's conduct is inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicant's country, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to the applicant. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be dealt with by the competent courts of the applicant's country.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the candidate portal after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
